Ministries
We are excited about the opportunity to participate together in the work of God's kingdom, and we seek to serve where our gifts and skills can be used most effectively in His church. Scripture teaches that pastors have been called "for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ . . . (Ephesians 4:12)" This is why our ministry groups are largely led and staffed by people in the congregation.People who are interested in various ministries are grouped together to accomplish the tasks necessary in such a way that their gifts can be used to do what is needed for that ministry to blossom.
Our ministries are grouped into four different groups. A fuller explanation of each can be found on the following pages; briefly, they are as follows:

Worship ministries work to bring people into God's
presence collectively and individually for their edification and to
bring joy to God.

Education and Nurture ministries facilitate learning and
intellectual stimulation with the goal of growth of the mind and
spirit towards the image of Christ.

Community Life ministries center around the experiences
we share as members of God's family and seek to knit members
together in love and to build them up as a whole people.
- Service and Outreach ministries reach out to share the good news of Christ's love to people in need, with the goal of helping people to know God in a personal relationship through Jesus Christ.
